menu sihat : mix fruit with yogurt
bahan - bahannya :
1- buahan segar
2- yogurt berperisa atau yogurt plain (i choose flavoured one)
3- bijian / cereal
cara-caranya :
1- potong semua buahan segar in 1 bowl
2- masukkan cereal
3- tuangkan yogurt..!
4- gaul semuanya. siap !
